We save enquiries and photographs so our team can review your request. Enquiry details and photographs may also be emailed to Carter’s Carpets & Flooring. The website does not take payments or confirm appointments.

What we collect

The contact details, address, room measurements, job information and photographs you choose to submit. We use these to understand your request, prepare a quotation and arrange a conversation or visit.

Before you send photographs

Please send only photographs relevant to the flooring work. Avoid including people, private documents or other information we do not need.

Your request needs approval

Sending an enquiry does not place an order or book an appointment. Carter’s will review the details and agree the price and next steps with you. For Self Measure requests, you are responsible for the measurements you provide. Extra costs arising from incorrect measurements will be chargeable.
